The Doula Difference

In addition to constant support during labor and birth your basic Birth Doula package includes:

3 Prenatal Home Visits

  • helping you identify YOUR birth preferences

  • equipping you with comfort measures

  • preparing you to enter YOUR labor feeling

    confident and empowered

1 Postpartum Visit which could look like

  • processing your birth experience

  • offering lactation or newborn care support

  • light organizing or household chores so you can

    focus on bonding with your new baby

 
 
 

Already given birth? Or desiring additional support after birth?

Postpartum Doula services can be arranged for an hourly fee of $37 per hour for 8 hours and $35 per hour for 8 -10 hours.

Virtual Doula package: three prenatal and one postpartum session on google meetings, Marco Polo video chat for weekly checkins and to answer any questions that arise, phone call after each prenatal visit with your health professional, constant virtual support during labor and birth (up to 12+ hours). Cost $600 (payment plans and scholarships available.)
